Move your EufyLife history into TrainRec
Export your EufyLife scale history as a CSV file and hand it to your assistant, which brings your weigh-ins into TrainRec. Turn on Apple Health in EufyLife too, and new readings can come in on their own.
How it gets in
Best results: your assistant. A connected assistant reads any export whole, fixes dates and units as it goes, and can bring in food and measurements, not just workouts. Coach, the chat built into TrainRec, is best for telling it what you did and for small pasted pieces. The other routes are there when you'd rather not involve either.
Through your assistantConnect or CoachBest results
Export the file from EufyLife, attach it in your connected assistant's chat (Claude today) and say "Import this into TrainRec". It reads the whole file, sorts out odd dates, units and exercise names, and moves everything in with TrainRec's import tools, as one batch you can undo in one tap. With Coach, the chat built into TrainRec, describe what you did ("log my last two weeks: bench 3x5 at 185 on Monday...") or paste a small piece of the export, up to about a couple of weeks at a time. If something looks off afterward, just say so and it fixes it.
On its own, through Apple HealthEvery plan, on iPhone
EufyLife can share the main user's scale readings with Apple Health. In EufyLife, open Me, scroll down and connect to Apple Health. Turn on Apple Health sync in TrainRec (Profile, then Sync with Apple Health) and allow the kinds of data you want. Anything EufyLife has written to Apple Health shows up in TrainRec by itself: workouts as sessions with time, distance, calories and heart rate, plus weigh-ins, body fat, blood pressure, resting heart rate, HRV and sleep. Set-by-set lifting detail and food don't travel through Health, so use your assistant for those.
Export from EufyLife
A CSV of your scale readings, sent by email.
- Open your data. In EufyLife (version 2.2.60 or later), open Me, then the Data tab.
- Export it. Tap Export All Data, enter your password and choose email.
- Give it to your assistant. Attach the CSV in your assistant's chat and say "Import this into TrainRec".
- Check it in TrainRec. Your history shows up on the calendar and in your records. Something look off? Ask your assistant to fix it. You can also undo the whole batch from Changes.
